Having studied law at the University of Paris I Sorbonne (Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques and DESS Droit du Commerce Extérieur), Laure initially practised at the Paris Bar, before becoming a member of the Bar of the Creuse.

With over 20 years' of practice, Laure has considerable knowledge of both the English and French legal systems.

Laure works closely with a team of notaries, accountants, bailiffs, translators, architects and insurance companies and is able to provide a full service for English-speaking clients, notably British, Dutch, Irish and South Africans.

Laure deals with all aspects of property law, both in terms of purchases and sales. She also has particular expertise in the area of transfers of property following divorce, particularly in cases with an international element as well as environmental law, including the law relating to fishing lakes.

Richard Ryde - Avocat au Barreau de Paris

Richard is a British national, with over twenty-five years ' experience acting for English speaking clients in French law matters.
After studying law at the University of Oxford (M.A . Hons) and the Inns of Court School of Law, he was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1986.
He has practised in Paris since 1990 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992.
Richard advises and assists clients in a very wide variety of real estate matters involving commercial and residential real estate.
He advises in relation to commercial leases as well as any issues arising out of the ownership, operation and management of real estate in a number of different sectors, notably retail, leisure and hotels.
Richard also acts for clients in contentious property work.

After studying law at the University of Paris V (Maîtrise de droit privé mention Carrières Judicaires) and Paris X (DESS de droit Notarial), Christophe worked in-house with a bank and then became legal director of a group whose activity was property management and development.
